Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 2026
Renvia is committed to making its website and clinician workspace accessible in line with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Conformance status
Renvia's marketing website and clinician workspace are designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We are currently partially conformant: some data-dense views and third-party device widgets are still being audited and remediated.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML, ARIA labels and keyboard-navigable interactive components.
- Colour palette tested against WCAG contrast thresholds (Navy Deep / Teal / Coral).
- Focus-visible states, skip links and predictable focus order.
- Form fields with associated labels and inline error messaging.
- Support for browser zoom to 200% without loss of content.
Known limitations
- Some clinical charts do not yet expose full data tables to assistive technology; text summaries are provided as a fallback.
- Certain third-party device onboarding flows are outside our direct control; we work with vendors on remediation.
Feedback and enforcement
If you find an accessibility barrier, please email accessibility@renvia.health. We will acknowledge within two working days and aim to respond substantively within 20 working days.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared using a combination of automated testing (axe, Lighthouse) and manual review with keyboard-only and screen-reader (VoiceOver, NVDA) sessions.
