Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

Clinical safety notice. The Renvia platform is a clinical decision-support and remote monitoring service. It is not a medical device, does not provide a diagnosis and does not replace clinical judgement. Escalations, medication changes and all treatment decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinician. In an emergency, call 999.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Renvia website or platform you agree to these Terms. Enterprise use is additionally governed by a signed Master Services Agreement.

2. Permitted use

The platform is licensed to healthcare providers and their authorised clinicians and administrators solely for the delivery of remote monitoring within the scope of their care contract. You must not share credentials, reverse engineer the service or use it to process data you are not authorised to process.

3. Clinical responsibility

Risk bands, thresholds and alerts generated by Renvia are informational and support clinical review only. The responsible clinician is accountable for interpreting outputs and directing patient care.

4. Availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability for the production platform. Scheduled maintenance is notified in advance. Renvia is not intended for emergency, life-support or time-critical alerting.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renvia's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
